Well, I’ve got good news. I have a ridiculously simple trick you can use to transform your current healthy diet into a fat-burning superstar.
And all it will take is adding some extra metabolism-boosting foods to your menu. Then sit back and watch the weight melt away.

1. Go green… tea that is:
Green tea is arguably the MOST popular beverage on the planet. And there’s a reason for that which goes well beyond its palate-pleasing taste.
Green tea is an antioxidant goldmine with a breathtaking list of health benefits. And that includes the ability to help folks shed unwanted weight.
The tea is loaded with the potent antioxidant EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate).
And while we’re STILL unlocking all of the many benefits of EGCG… from fighting cancer to insulin resistance… one that we know for sure is its ability to boost metabolism. Green tea naturally raises your metabolic rate, so you burn through more calories and lose more weight.

Plus, beans are packed with protein. And since your body burns through more calories processing protein than it does carbs or fats, it’s an easy way to boost your metabolism and lose weight.
Beans contain what are known as resistant starches (more on those in a moment) so they can help improve insulin sensitivity. And that means your body ends up storing less fat in all the places you don’t want to see it.
Plus, no matter if you’re a guy or a gal the zinc and B vitamins you get from beans support healthy testosterone levels. And that can translate into increased energy and fat-burning muscle in the long run.
When possible choose dried beans over canned. And aim for a serving a day to help you lose the weight and slim down before summer.
3. Going bananas for green:
