But now, new research has revealed the truth, and it’s finally setting the record straight.
The TRUTH about testosterone therapy
If you’ve heard anything about testosterone therapy, you’ve likely heard some version of, “Don’t do it!” It’s a pretty common opinion for most conventional doctors.
Why? Well, they claim it can cause heart problems. The FDA even issued a warning over testosterone a few years ago due to that supposed heart risk.
But it was based on the flimsiest possible “evidence” you can imagine. And if I’m being honest, it looked a lot more like a move to protect their drug industry pals than anything else.
Now, the new study shows how that “heart risk” is basically bunk. Raising your levels WON’T greatly increase your heart risk if you’re low in testosterone.
The huge analysis of 17 studies involved nearly 3,500 men who were given either testosterone therapy or a placebo. After doing all the data mining and number crunching, the scientists found NO increases in the risk of major conditions, including heart disease, heart attack, heart failure, and more.
How testosterone can HELP older guys
Here’s the truth. Low testosterone is linked to nearly every male health problem that appears or worsens with aging. That includes heart disease, metabolic dysfunction, and sex problems.

Again, all age-related issues. This makes sense once you consider testosterone levels plunge after middle age. And the deeper those T-levels dive, the more likely it is that you’ll face these problems and more.
But it’s not just age alone that messes with your testosterone levels. Poor diet, obesity, and even certain drugs such as statins can all sap you of your male hormones.
If these problems pop up for you, don’t assume it’s just “part of getting old.” Your testosterone could be running too low.
