You don’t have to turn on the TV late at night for a glimpse of some zombies anymore. They’re EVERYWHERE!
New research reveals what one medical website calls a type of stress “zombie” that’s quickly taking over America.
And here’s where the REAL horror-movie chills kick in. You might already be transforming into one yourself without even realizing it.
Just like in the movies, this form of zombie-ism can spread quickly from person to person. And you don’t even need to be bitten to “catch” this creepy new condition. You just need to be under a lot of stress. (And who ISN’T these days?)
But unlike big-screen zombies, which are hopelessly falling apart, there’s an antidote for this version. And I’m going to share it with you in just a moment.
First, let’s get to the bottom of this new “zombie” threat.
Could YOU become a real-life “ZOMBIE?”
In the movies, zombies are slow and shambling. And they rot and fall apart right before your eyes even as they pursue victims.
In real life, the “falling apart” turns out to be internal. And that’s because it’s of the mental variety. Well, at least at first. With stress, anxiety, and insomnia driving it from the inside.
Sound familiar? Americans today are battling so much stress that it’s leading to outward symptoms that closely match what we see in folks who have suffered a concussion.
And that includes…
- concentration struggles
- memory loss
Stress has people living in a cloud of confusion and frustration, unable to walk right or think straight. Or, as one medical website put it in an attention-getting headline, we’re turning into a “ZOMBIE NATION.”
A stunning new survey finds more than one in four folks are stumbling around with several of these symptoms at once. Between half and three-quarters are roaming the streets with at least one – especially fatigue.
And the researchers believe this might only be scratching the surface and that the TRUE numbers could be FAR higher.
Bust stress and sleep better NATURALLY
Now, you’ve got to ask yourself, “Am I one of the zombies?”
Well, there’s no shame in admitting it. I’m willing to say I’m probably becoming one at this point, too. And clearly, we’ve all got plenty of zombie company right now.
Given the levels of stress and anxiety we’ve ALL faced over the past year, it’s perfectly understandable how and why it happened.
But there are also ways to turn it all around too. And that includes a natural remedy that can help with sleep, stress, and anxiety all at the same time.
It’s an herbal remedy from India called ashwagandha. It’s been used since ancient times, and it’s backed by modern science.
In one recent study, 300 mg twice a day led to significant sleep improvements, helping people knock out faster and stay asleep longer. Better still, it’s widely recognized as one of nature’s best stress-busters, too. You can learn more about ashwagandha right here.
Plus, I’ve got more on how to get good sleep AND beat stress in this special free report.
