If you battle with insomnia you know getting over it is a lot easier said than done. Some folks can’t conk out no matter how hard they try. And that’s when they might be tempted to make a HUGE mistake and ask for those sleep meds I mentioned earlier.
I get why they’re so attractive. Pop a pill, fall asleep, problem solved.
