There’s not a drug in the world that can SAVE your memory as you get older.
And as far as the mainstream’s concerned, that’s all that matters.
If the solution wasn’t manufactured in a lab, they don’t want to talk about it.
And the simpler the answer is, the more they’ll dismiss it. Heck, they’ll even out-and-out MOCK you for trying it.
“C’mon,” they’ll say. “If a powerful drug backed by BILLIONS in research and development can’t do the job… what makes you think any of THAT silly stuff will?”
Well, my friend, it’s time to start enjoying the simple joys in life again like sudoku, crosswords, and knitting.
Because while those billion-dollar drugs won’t do the job… new research shows how the “silly stuff” can absolutely help SAVE your brain and JUICE UP your memory.
BOOST failing memory with this ‘silly’ solution
The new study finds that crafts, hobbies, puzzles, and fun activities – ranging from solving sudokus to knitting, to movie night with your pals – can help slash your risk of the mild cognitive impairment (MCI) that strikes with older age.
Specifically, researchers found…
Computers: Like to go online? Turns out it’s GREAT for your brain! The study finds using a computer can cut the risk of this type of memory problem by up to 30 percent in seniors.
Games and social activities: Doing puzzles like crosswords or sudoku or hanging out with friends in a social setting – even a bar – can cut the MCI risk by 20 percent.
Crafts: Don’t let anyone mock your hobbies. Whether it’s knitting, photography, or miniatures. Craft activities in your senior years will slash your memory problem risks by up to an incredible 42 percent.
Think that’s good? It is… but hold on. Because this is about to get a whole lot better.
Think BUNDLES for even BETTER brain protection
See, while any ONE of those activities is clearly great for your brain, there’s something else that’s even better.
And that’s MORE THAN ONE activity.
Your brain doesn’t just like to be occupied. It also loves variety.
So if you take up multiple engaging activities… treating your brain to different forms of stimulation… you can get an even BIGGER brain-boosting benefit.
- TWO activities can cut your MCI risk by 28 percent
- THREE could slash that risk by 45 percent
- FOUR will send memory problem risks plummeting 56 percent
So instead of choosing one, go ahead and do “all of the above.”
Enjoy some puzzles. Mess around on the computer. Take up a craft or hobby. And definitely get out and spend some time with friends in a social environment, whether it’s book club at the library or dart night at the local watering hole.
It won’t just help keep you young at heart and in spirit.
As the new study shows… it could also help give you a YOUNGER brain and a better memory too!
