Specifically, researchers found…
Computers: Like to go online? Turns out it’s GREAT for your brain! The study finds using a computer can cut the risk of this type of memory problem by up to 30 percent in seniors.
Games and social activities: Doing puzzles like crosswords or sudoku or hanging out with friends in a social setting – even a bar – can cut the MCI risk by 20 percent.
Crafts: Don’t let anyone mock your hobbies. Whether it’s knitting, photography, or miniatures. Craft activities in your senior years will slash your memory problem risks by up to an incredible 42 percent.
Think that’s good? It is… but hold on. Because this is about to get a whole lot better.
