Guys, nothing puts a smile on your face like putting one on hers. And let’s face it. It’s a BIG bonus when that happens in the bedroom.
The last thing you need is age trying to tell you when to stop doing it. The fact is, there’s no such thing as “too old” for heating things up between the sheets.
There’s absolutely no reason you shouldn’t be able to make like a bunny and keep the fun in the sack going and going and going well into your 70s, 80s, and beyond.
And those below the belt meds you’ve heard so much about—including the side effect horror stories—may NEVER be necessary. Because the latest research reveals a simple, safe, and natural way to hold onto your mojo no matter your age.
Reclaim your KING of the BEDROOM title
There are two major reasons for erection problems in guys, especially if you have more than a few miles on your treads. And the new study looks at a single surprising solution that could help solve both simultaneously.
Believe it or not, it’s simply making the switch to a Mediterranean diet. And if the new research is any indication, you don’t even have to follow it religiously to see some significant results.
The guys in the study were given a score from 1 through 55 on how closely they followed the basics. The higher the number, the “more Mediterranean” their diet was.
It didn’t take a score in the 50s or even the 40s to make a difference. Incredibly it kicked in at 30.
The volunteers who scored 30 or higher were getting two crucial benefits from this healthy and delicious diet. And these same two benefits can ALSO lead to major improvements in the ability to “do it” whenever and however you like.
1. Better circulation:
I’ll be blunt. Blood needs to be able to rush through some very small and narrow blood vessels to make it to the penis to achieve and maintain an erection. If the blood can’t get there effectively, you can’t “get it up.”
But the Mediterranean diet supports good vascular health. That means it can help send healthy blood flow to ALL your pieces and parts, including down below the belt when and where it’s needed. In fact, that same boost in blood flow is why this lifestyle is also proven to cut the odds of a heart attack and stroke.
2. Higher testosterone:
Our hormone levels plunge as we get older in men and women alike. And this change, in particular, can be brutal for men because their bodies rely on those same hormones for muscle maintenance, strength, energy, and… of course… libido and overall sexual function.
But it turns out the volunteers in the study who ate a Mediterranean-style diet had higher testosterone levels on average than their peers.
So it’s no coincidence that the guys in the study who had higher Mediterranean diet scores ALSO had better scores on measures of erectile function as well as improvements in overall health, including circulation, arterial stiffness, and fitness levels.
Making the switch to Mediterranean
The new study happened to be on guys just shy of their senior years. But the fact is, those same root causes – poor circulation and low testosterone – are often at the heart of sexual problems at every age.
And even if you aren’t as active in the bedroom these days, those same issues can lead to fatigue, weakness, chronic health problems, and earlier death.
The good news is transitioning to a Mediterranean diet is pretty easy.
Start by quitting ultra-processed foods and focusing on the fresh stuff instead. Swap out some red meat in your diet for more poultry, fish, and produce. Toss the inflammatory vegetable oils and replace them with olive oil. And feel free to snack on nuts and have a little red wine from time to time.
Those are the basics. Make the changes, and you could be well on your way to heating things back up in the bedroom. But that’s far from the only benefit this ancient style of eating brings to the table.
A Mediterranean diet can help support heart health, trim your waistline, and drive down your dementia risk. In fact, eating this way is associated with a bigger brain and better scores on memory tests.
Before I go, I have a message for the ladies. I haven’t forgotten you. I know you can battle mood and libido issues as you age too. But I have a solution for you as well.
