Zombies aren’t just monsters on TV or in the movies. They’re stalking us in real life too, fast-forwarding aging and sending us to an early grave.
In fact, zombies are hiding right now in the last place you’d ever expect. Because they’re inside your own body.
A type of cell commonly known as the “zombie cell” is responsible for just about all of the issues we associate with aging.
The more zombies you have hiding inside you, the higher your odds are of out-of-control inflammation, chronic disease, and early death.
But if you can minimize the zombies, you could SLOW cellular aging. And that could potentially add YEARS of healthy living to your lifespan.
The drug industry is racing to create a pill that targets zombie cells. The Big Pharma execs are convinced it will be the next big blockbuster medication.
But it turns out they may have been beaten to the punch. Because there’s a totally natural option available right now that folks can start using immediately to combat premature aging.
Natural extract fights premature aging
Most cells carry out their tasks, divide, and then die. Circle of life and all that. But some rogue cells quit working yet simply refuse to die.
Those stubborn cells are senescent cells, also known as ZOMBIE cells. And like their movie monster counterparts, zombies can “bite” surrounding cells, turning them into zombies, too.
And as if that’s not bad enough, senescent cells also trigger inflammation. Which is a recipe for accelerated aging leading to an earlier death.
So it’s easy to see why senescent cells have been the focus of so much research. After all, if you kill the zombies, people could live longer and healthier lives.
And that’s precisely what happened in a new study, at least to mice. Researchers found a very unexpected way to flush out those zombie cells.
It’s grape seed extract.
We already knew grape seed is a potent antioxidant. That means it naturally works to fight the damage of aging. But now, the new report shows how those actions extend to fighting off zombies.
In tests on mice, low doses of grape seed extract blocked the senescent cell’s ability to trigger inflammation. So basically, it removed one of their most significant zombie powers.
At higher doses, the grape seed sent those same zombies to the cellular graveyard. The extract not only killed off the troublemakers, but it also did the job WITHOUT damaging nearby healthy cells.
Even MORE grape seed benefits
Knocking out zombie cells alone would make grape seed one of the most promising natural options in the fight against aging.
But the study went even further. It looked at the nation’s number two killer: cancer.
And once again, the grape seed did the trick on the mice. When given in combination with chemotherapy, the extract helped wipe out cancer cells and shrink tumors.
So if your keeping score, that means grape seed extract could help…
- kill off age-accelerating zombies
- knock out harmful inflammation
- destroy cancer cells
That’s basically the ingredients list for a longer and healthier life. A recipe for battling premature aging. So it’s no real surprise that it’s exactly what happened in the study.
The mice given the supplement got a nine percent boost in lifespan. In human terms, that would add up to about seven years.
Imagine everything you could do with those extra years. That’s more time to visit all of the places you’ve always wanted to see. More time to enjoy your favorite hobbies and leisure activities. And more time to savor with your loved ones.
Now, of course, this is early research on mice, not people. So I wouldn’t take it to the bank just yet.
But grape seed extract is affordable, safe, and has shown incredible promise in other studies, too, especially for cardiovascular health. See my report, Shock your doc with “perfect” blood pressure, for more on grape seed’s heart-health benefits.
So go ahead and chat with your doc about giving a grape seed supplement a try.
