With 2020 just around the corner, the holiday season is about to give way to something else. The season of failure.
Every year, millions of Americans faithfully make resolutions for the New Year. And nearly all of them are forgotten before the Groundhog has a chance to start searching for his shadow.
But today, I’ve got a key for turning failure into success.
I’ve got a way to make some of the most common New Year resolutions easier to achieve than ever.
This simple and effortless plan can help you in three critical ways.
- DOUBLE the amount of fat burned
- CONTROL blood sugar like never before
- ENHANCE your insulin response
And you can do it all WITHOUT adding any drugs or even supplements to your routine.
In fact, this plan is so simple you can be done with it for the day before breakfast.
Exercise tops the resolution AND failure lists
The most common New Year’s resolutions… and the most common failures… are the ones that relate to health. They often focus on diet, exercise, or both.
You know, like committing to weighing LESS and moving MORE so you can gain control over things like blood sugar, cholesterol, and joint pain.
Gyms know this. Which is why their marketing departments are working overtime in December and January.
But in reality, you don’t need to join a gym. In fact, you don’t have to spend an extra penny. And you certainly don’t need to do anything that’ll make you feel miserable or cause injury.
Because here’s the thing…
When it comes to movement, a little goes a long way. Especially once you know the secret revealed by the latest research.
The new study finds that when it comes to exercise… Timing is everything.
The MORNING MOVES that can boost your health
If you plan to get a little movement… you know, the “e” word (exercise)… you can maximize its benefits and dramatically improve your results by getting an early start.
Specifically, exercising first thing in the morning. Because according to the new research, when you exercise BEFORE you eat breakfast, you’ll essentially get a head start in your activity.
Since you haven’t eaten, your insulin levels will be lower to start with. And as a result, guys in the new study who exercised before breakfast burned off DOUBLE the amount of fat compared to volunteers who exercised after eating.
That also leads to better insulin response and better control over blood sugar – which in turn means a lower risk of diabetes, heart disease, and more. Plus, better control over those chronic conditions if you already have any of them.
The study was done on guys, and researchers plan to test women next. My guess is the story will be the same with the ladies, with better results from exercise if you get an earlier start.
And let’s face it when you get better results… when you can quickly SEE and FEEL the difference… it’s a whole lot easier to stick to the plan.
And that means this year’s resolutions could finally be different. No failure this time… only success that lasts through 2020 and beyond.
