Just like our homes need a good scrubbing and cleaning out from time to time so do we. That’s why many people opt for a body and mind cleansing detox diet or juice fast.
If you’ve ever tried either, you= already know the importance of nutritional support and liquids during this time.
If you’re new to detoxing, nutritional support is done through diet, supplements and herbs, and is used to stimulate the body to release toxins and heal itself. Liquids provide additional nutrients for nourishment and flush toxins as they’re released so they do as little damage as possible on the way out.
Mashing the two together gives us a list of nutritionally-supportive liquids to choose from on your detox.
