We’ve all been told to switch to low-fat dairy or skip it altogether.
But it turns out it could be a tragic mistake.
Because according to the latest research, people who enjoy dairy fat have a LOWER risk of diabetes!
That mainstream is puzzled by this revelation. But the truth is there’s no real mystery here. Studies have shown this all along.
Research on kids in school has even found that when districts switch from whole milk to skim, kids get fatter and sicker.
Now, we’re seeing proof it’s true for adults, too. And the new study takes it even further, finding that cutting out dairy fats WON’T cut your risk of heart problems including heart disease.
Swapping dairy for veggie fats sent death risk soaring
The study isn’t perfect, of course. It also harps on the supposed benefits of going vegetarian.
All I can say about that is… NOPE.
You see, we’ve been down this road before. And it leads to insanity. In fact, one major study even looked very specifically at what happened when butter was replaced by a plant-based substitute.
It wasn’t even close. In fact, IT WAS A DISASTER!
In that study, close to 9,500 patents were given diets LOW in saturated fats or HIGH in those natural saturated fats. One key way they did that was by providing some lucky volunteers with real dairy butter while the rest got gross vegetable oils.
The patients given vegetable oil saw their cholesterol levels plunge. But don’t start celebrating yet. They ALSO saw their death risk SURGE.
Every 30 mg/dl drop in cholesterol increased the risk of early death by 22 percent!
In other words, don’t fear the fats, especially dairy fats. Make them a sensible part of a diet without processed foods, and you’ll not only get better health.
