Imagine an EXTRA set of completely invisible muscles. But they have the power to do something “normal” muscles can’t.
They can give you extra PUNCH in a fight for your life. But it’s a fight that’s taking place deep inside your body, on the cellular level.
This potent natural secret is like Popeye’s spinach for immune cells.
It’s an amino acid we all need that can POWER UP your body to help fight the deadliest disease of all… cancer.
And new research reveals how you can put this cancer battling weapon to work for you with little to no effort at all.
Turbocharge “killer” T cells with creatine
You’ve probably heard of creatine before. It’s best known as that stuff bodybuilders use to bulk up, build muscle, and stay strong.
But smart seniors often use it, too. Because at lower levels, it could help prevent the shrinking, weakening muscles that often go hand-in-hand with aging.
When you combine creatine with your regular exercise routine, you can SEE the difference in your muscles after just a short time.
But as it turns out, what you CAN’T SEE could be even more critical.
Creatine can essentially turbocharge specialized cells deep inside your body. Called CD8 T cells, or “killer” T cells, their main job is to seek out and destroy cancer cells.
The new study revealed that these T cells even have unique built-in molecules for transporting the creatine. And the research team wanted to know why.
So they ran some experiments on mice to see what happened when they were given extra creatine as they battled cancer.
What they found was stunning.
The AMINO ACID that could help fight cancer
Creatine acted as a sort of “molecular battery.” The amino acid helped to power up those killer cells making them more effective against cancer, especially against skin and colon cancers.
Next, in another experiment, they combined creatine with immunotherapy treatments designed to increase the immune system’s ability to fight cancer. And they were blown away by the results.
Four of five mice were completely CURED of colon cancer.
Now, this was a study on mice. So, of course, we can’t get TOO excited about this… yet.
But creatine IS both safe and inexpensive. So let me give you two key tips for today.
TIP #1: If you’re fighting cancer, there’s no harm in trying creatine, especially if you’re being treated with immunotherapy. Just be sure to ask your doc first since it’s essential to let him know about anything you’re taking.
Even if creatine doesn’t clobber cancer in humans as it does in mice, you might get a little extra strength and energy from its muscle-boosting effects. And that’s something that can undoubtedly help you cope with cancer treatment and its side effects.
TIP #2: Don’t have cancer? Good. Let’s KEEP it that way. And if the study is any indication, creatine could help there too. Those same T-cells aren’t just your primary weapon against cancer. They’re also your first line of defense to stop it from forming in the first place.
Juice up your body with a little creatine to give T-cells the power they need to punch out cancer early when it matters most.
You won’t just be ramping up your body’s own defense against cancer. You could also avoid turning frail and weak as you get older.
