You think you’re prepared for the worst aging can throw your way. After all, you’ve ALREADY done battle with some of the toughest challenges it’s had to offer.
Maybe you’ve laughed in the face of arthritis. Perhaps you’ve bounced back after a heart attack. Or it could be you’ve even looked cancer in the eye, and the cancer blinked.
But then it happens—the one thing you weren’t prepared for… cognitive decline. And there’s no laughing at this one.
When your brain starts to slip, you can feel both panicked and powerless. Because mainstream medicine has very little to offer. And you’ll be told there’s nothing much you can do to stop the decline.
But it’s time to pack away that panic and bring the laughter back. There are things you can do to put the brakes on cognitive decline, even as it’s already setting in.
And new research reveals an all-natural combo that can deliver significant improvements in ways that matter most.
Target the root cause of cognitive decline
We blame “age” for all our mounting health troubles. But the truth is it’s really NOT your age. It’s something called oxidation.
The more oxidative stress your cells face – especially in the mitochondria – the more likely you’ll suffer all the problems of “aging.” And no part of your body’s hurt by oxidation more than your brain.
That’s what makes this new research so critical. Because this combo solution attacks the root cause of cognitive decline with two of the most potent antioxidants out there.
The first is vitamin E, but a particular kind. You see, vitamin E actually has eight forms: alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta-tocopherol, as well as alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta-tocotrienol.
Basically, the tocopherols and the tocotrienols.
This study looked at the tocotrienol part of the equation combined with another all-natural superstar, called astaxanthin. Astaxanthin is a pink pigment found in algae. It’s what gives seafood like shrimp, krill, and wild salmon their distinctive color.
Boost memory and mood with this potent combo
Now, to be clear, vitamin E and astaxanthin even by themselves are powerful antioxidants. But together, it’s as if they unlock some extra superpowers.
Compared to patients given a placebo, volunteers getting this combo had improvements in:
- composite memory
- verbal memory
- subjective ability to recall memories
In other words, they appeared to put the brakes on cognitive decline.
It’s just one study, of course. So we need more research to be done. But a study last year also found this combo can deliver a significant boost to the brain in another way.
In that study, this form of vitamin E combined with astaxanthin improved:
- depression by 57 percent
- mental fatigue by 36 percent
- overall mood by 11 percent
You can find each on its own as well as in age-fighting formulas that may include other essentials such as resveratrol.
And for an even bigger lift, there’s another trick you can try. No meds. No supplements. Just a “silly” solution that costs nothing but can deliver big results. Learn how to do it yourself in this free report.
