Well, according to Nutritional Biochemistry principles I read that it was the MCT medium chain triglycerides that were beneficial to our health not just medium chain fatty acids. Yes it’s true that coconut oil is healthy but the saturated fat coming from grass-fed beef and grass-fed butter is no less healthy having the right ratio between Amino 6 and Amino 3 fatty acids like 2:1 or even 1:1. And please it’s known fact already that dietary saturated fat has almost no effect on blood cholesterol and another thing that the cholesterol is NOT the cause of cardiovascular disease. So let’s move on.
