There’s almost NOTHING out there that “EVERYONE” has to do.
In fact, whenever I hear it… whenever some big-shot “expert” gets on TV and declares that “everyone” has to do this, that, or some other thing… I instinctively want to do the opposite. I guess I’m just stubborn that way.
So trust me, it doesn’t come easy for me to say this. But there’s something I’ve come to believe “EVERYONE” has to do.
As I see it, it’s simply not optional for most folks any longer. Not if you value your health and your life, anyway.

Like when I debunked the “useless for those over 70” headlines that hit earlier this year. And now new research reveals how it could literally make a life-or-death difference when it matters most.
Survival skyrockets with THIS nutrient
Here’s a fact about cancer that makes a lot of doctors very uncomfortable. They already know how many of them are going to turn out the moment they’re detected.
Some cancers are relatively harmless and pose little risk. And for others… well… let’s say the outlook just isn’t good. By the time they’re discovered, they’re already advanced and possibly spreading.
But new research reveals a way to stop that BEFORE it happens. It’s a single nutrient. And while the study doesn’t find it will necessarily cut your overall risk of developing cancer, it could do something even more critical.
According to researchers, it can set that cancer on a different course. One you’re much more likely to survive.

The nutrient “everyone” should take, of course, is Vitamin D.
I’m not talking about the measly 600-800 IU recommended by the feds. That’s a minimal level. You likely need more. In fact, a LOT more.
The new study tested supplements of 2,000 IU per day, which is what many doctors in natural medicine now recommend. And what they found caused jaws to drop.
Again, it didn’t cut the overall risk of developing cancer. But it did slash the chance of it advancing to those much scarier and far deadlier cancers. The ones that spread and kill.
The new study finds that the participants who were taking the 2,000 IU per day supplements had a 17 percent lower risk of advanced cancer and death from cancer.
Better still, those who maintained a healthy weight had more than DOUBLE that benefit. Those patients had a 38 percent drop in their risk of metastatic cancer and dying from the disease.
But the most important part of the study ISN’T the numbers. It’s the fact that these folks were given vitamin D first. In other words, they got it BEFORE they developed cancer, not after when it might be too late to make a difference.
That means if you want this life-saving benefit, you can’t wait. You need to take it now. “Everyone” does.
