If you’ve ever struggled with weight loss, then I’ve got some news today you’re not going to want to miss.
The latest research uncovers a key reason WHY weight loss has been such a struggle.
More importantly, it reveals an EASY trick that can help you FINALLY kickstart your sluggish metabolism. And when you do, you’ll find you’re…
- eating better
- burning fat
- losing weight
Even more importantly, this cutting edge discovery will make it nearly effortless. Because it’s NOT about counting calories. There aren’t any special pills to swallow. And there are no gimmicks.
All you have to do is give up one of the first assumptions people make about diet and weight loss.
Weight loss starts in the morning
Do your diets always seem to fail? Or worse yet, do they totally backfire on you? And you end up weighing MORE than you did before you started?
It’s no wonder you feel like throwing in the towel and swearing off dieting forever.
But don’t give up on weight loss yet.
Because the real problem likely isn’t what you ate. In fact, chances are it doesn’t have a thing to do with your diet OR your discipline.
It turns out it could be something you’re doing at BREAKFAST.
For many folks, their willpower is strongest in the morning. So when they’re dieting, they tend to eat far less at their morning meal than they usually would. Some dieters even skip breakfast altogether thinking it will speed weight loss.
But the new study reveals this could have the opposite effect on your metabolism. Skipping breakfast entirely – or going super light in the morning – could actually make it HARDER for you to lose weight.
The real secret, the study finds, is in not only making sure you eat a complete breakfast but that you enjoy a BIGGER MEAL in the morning. Because a larger breakfast and a smaller dinner could alter your metabolism in powerful ways.
Bigger breakfast + smaller dinner = a smaller YOU
When you eat breakfast, you’re literally breaking the “fast,” or the 8-10 hours since your last meal before you went to sleep. That’s a CRUCIAL time for your body’s internal mechanisms. If you don’t eat up, it doesn’t activate.
But if you chow down on a nice, hearty meal, it stimulates a critical process called diet-induced thermogenesis. That’s the internal furnace that burns off calories instead of storing them as fat.
And when you have a BIG breakfast, it kicks into overdrive. In fact, according to the new research, it burns off calories 2.5 TIMES FASTER leading to faster and easier weight loss.
The study finds that folks who follow the bigger breakfast and smaller dinner plan, also have better control over hunger and cravings. And that makes it a whole lot easier to eat more sensibly throughout the day. They even have better control over both insulin and blood sugar.
Skipping breakfast, on the other hand, does the opposite – shutting down the internal furnace and leading to MORE cravings and MORE eating throughout the day.
In other words, it’s precisely why so many people who skip breakfast as a diet strategy never succeed in losing weight.
So don’t give up your own morning meal. Double down on it instead. Fire up the stove and have a healthy, hearty omelet stuffed with some delicious veggies or some steel-cut oatmeal topped with a dollop of Greek yogurt and some fresh berries.
It’s a terrific way to start the day, and it’ll help you with weight loss, too.
Intermittent fasting? No problem. Just make sure when you break YOUR fast, you’re still eating a good, hearty breakfast.
