2. Apigenin:
Like curcumin, this is another plant compound… but this one’s a little more common. It’s found in parsley, thyme, chamomile, and red pepper. In 2015, researchers found that it can help neurons (brain cells) grow and strengthen the connections between them.
3. Fish oil:
The omega-3 fatty acids in a good fish oil supplement are already proven to help with mood, memory, and more.
