There’s a New Year’s resolution so bold most folks wouldn’t even dare to make it.
It isn’t the usual suspects about some vague improvement in health. And it’s not the typical New Year’s trio about diet, exercise, and weight loss.
Instead, it’s a vow to do what seems impossible. To not only SLOW aging down to a crawl in the one place it matters most… but to REVERSE IT.
Sounds crazy, right? But It’s NOT impossible. Not anymore.
New research reveals a way to wipe over a decade off of your brain age.
In fact, thanks to a series of safe compounds locked inside some of your favorite fruits, you could stop cognitive decline… restore your memory… and stay sharp even as you grow old.
The POLYPHENOL secret to reversing cognitive decline
Remember when 2020 seemed like some far-off year from a sci-fi flick?
Well, the future is NOW, my friend. Even if we never got those flying cars and robot butlers, we were promised.
But we do have something else. A breakthrough so important that it seems like it came straight out of the future.
And that’s a way to turn back the calendar pages on your brain age by more than a dozen years.
The new study reveals that a blend of polyphenols from grape and blueberry can help fight cognitive decline. The powerful compounds could even help restore cognitive function, including key parts of your memory.
“Brain age” plummeted by well over a decade
Researchers gave 215 older men and women either 600 mg of an extract from these fruits – containing 258 mg of flavonoids – or a placebo.
Then, they were given tests to check their brain age, or essentially “how old” they are in the brain based on several critical measures including…
- visuospatial skills
- episodic memory
- episodic verbal memory
- working memory
Over just six months, the folks who got the real extract saw their “brain age” improve by almost 14 years.
That’s nearly THREE TIMES the improvement of folks given a placebo. And proof it’s possible to block… even reverse… some of the worst that aging can throw your way.
And while the brain age reversing benefits were seen after six months, a second study on younger patients revealed something even more remarkable.
These brain-boosting flavonoids can have an IMMEDIATE effect. In some cases, they can lead to a 38 percent jump in cognitive performance in just 90 minutes.
The study tested a specific blend called Memophenol.
But other studies have found wide-ranging benefits on the brain and heart across many polyphenols and flavonoids from different kinds of fruits. That includes the grapes and blueberries used in the new brain age study as well as others such as pomegranate.
Shop around, do your homework, and work with your doctor to find a blend that’s right for you based on your own risks and needs. And you could find yourself celebrating at the end of NEXT year with a brain that’s over a dozen years “younger” than it is right now.
