All you want is to stop being a slave to your bladder… running to the bathroom every 20 minutes. Especially at night when you’re trying to snooze.
So when your doc offers a quick fix in the form of a pill, you jump on it.
You figure you’ve got nothing to lose. After all, this “pee problem” makes you already feel as if you’ve lost your dignity. So, it can only get better, right?
Now, new research exposes the DARK SIDE to at least one of those bladder drugs.
Sure, that leaky bladder might be fixed. (Then again, given the low success rate of these meds, maybe not).
But even when they work… when the leaks are sealed, and your bladder is operating like a steel tank again… your arteries could slowly and quietly be turning “to stone.”
And now you’re facing something a whole lot worse than adult diapers.
You’re at risk for a heart attack or stroke.
How fixing a ‘leak’ could destroy your health
The study looked at the drug mirabegron.
It’s supposed to relax your bladder muscles so it can hold onto pee without spilling over. And it was prescribed more than one million times in the United States in 2016 alone.
But the study on mice finds it also has an effect somewhere else. It can keep plaque inside your arteries, causing it to build up.
That, of course, is the very definition of atherosclerosis. Or what you and I might call hardened arteries. And it can put you at a significantly higher risk of heart attack and stroke.
And worse yet, it also makes those plaques unstable, which can cause them to rupture.
That can lead to a deadly clot.
Strengthen your bladder NATURALLY
Some scientists have been quick to point out that this was a study on mice. So we need to see some human results before we can apply it to people.
In other words, take your bladder meds until we know more.
They’re RIGHT about needing more research to be completed on humans. But they’re WRONG about blindly popping pills and hoping for the best.
Because, let’s be honest, even a “POSSIBLE” elevated risk of a deadly stroke or heart attack is reason enough to seek out alternatives to this med.
Especially when there are other ways to regain control over your bladder, ditch the diapers, and end those humiliating pee problems.
For some folks they’re so effective that you’ll enjoy the confidence to once again:
- go to the movies
- sit through a ballgame
- enjoy dinner in a nice restaurant
- take a long ride in the car
- sleep through the night
…all without ever having to worry about running to the bathroom.
The natural therapies horsetail, three leaf caper, and Lindera can all help “patch up leaks” without dangerous side effects. All three herbs help restore muscle function in the bladder so it can hold more for longer periods.
No more urgent runs to the restroom as you pray you make it in time.
Want a little MORE help? Drop 10-20 pounds.
It’s a modest goal. It’ll take most people just a few months. But losing even that small amount of weight will take the pressure off your bladder. And when it’s not getting a constant squeeze, you won’t feel that constant need to go.
