Let’s face it. Your waistline doesn’t look quite the way it used to. It’s okay, you’re not alone. None of ours does.
And let’s not even get started about the pants hidden away in the back of the closet because of that new belly bulge.
(Don’t worry. I’ve got a trick to get those pants fitting again. Keep reading.)
But your belly isn’t the only place fat could be building up. There’s ANOTHER spot you CAN’T see.
And in fact, it can be a whole lot worse for your health than that fat around the middle. Because this form won’t just make your pants feel so tight, you can barely breathe.
It can LITERALLY rob you of your breath, making it hard to take in oxygen no matter what you’re wearing.
In other words, it can trigger asthma.
But not for you. Because I’ve got a plan. It’s a simple solution that can trim that fat from your waistline AND your lungs at the same time.
And yes… you’ll even get to wear those pants again.
LUNG FAT can leave you gasping for breath
We’ve always known that heavier people often struggle with more asthma problems. But we had no clue WHY.
Now, a new study has revealed the reason.
Think of the airways to your lungs as the pipes in your kitchen sink. You know what happens if you try pouring fat down the drain, right?
Well, that’s essentially what happens in your lungs too. The fat just sits in there, clinging to the walls of your airways.
It builds up INSIDE those walls. That leads to thicker – FATTER – walls, which means less space for air.
That ALREADY makes breathing a whole lot tougher. But this study finds it also worsens inflammation, a key asthma trigger.
If you have asthma, this could make it a whole lot worse – leading to dangerous flare-ups, even if it had been well-controlled for years.
If you had a milder case – maybe you were even diagnosed as a kid, but haven’t had a real problem since – this could reawaken it.
And if you didn’t have asthma before, congratulations. Now you do. Your part of the growing number of “late-onset asthma” cases, which is when it doesn’t appear until you’re older, even past the age of 65.
An easy way to ease your asthma symptoms
But it’s not ALL bad news. You CAN burn that fat right out of your lungs – melt it off, chase it out, so you can breathe easier and better again.
See, as you lose weight, your body finds fat no matter where it’s hiding. It HAS to since it needs something to burn off for energy as you eat less.
So you lose the fat you can SEE, like that jiggle around your waistline. But you also lose those stashes of dangerous, organ-squeezing fat that’s hidden deep inside where you CAN’T see it too.
And yes, that includes melting off the fat in the lungs.
That helps explain why one study found losing even just 10 pounds – that’s maybe two to three weeks of dieting – can dramatically ease asthma symptoms.
The key to super-fast fat-burning is switching to a diet with zero processed foods. Go all-natural, cut out the refined carbohydrates, and limit the rest.
Do that, and I PROMISE the weight WILL come off. You’ll even be able to fit into those pants again… without having to hold your breath.
