They slow down so much that many can’t even cross a street safely. And they struggle with morning routines such as getting up, getting clean, and getting dressed.
On the flipside, that one hour of walking every week will cut your risk of being unable to cross a street by 85 percent. And it can slash the odds of morning struggles nearly in HALF.
